All of our staff are inclusive, positive and welcoming.  All staff are peadiatric first aid trained. All staff are trained to a minimum of Level 2, up to Level 6. We take pride in our low staff turnover; many of the staff remained when I took over the ownership of the previous nursery and additional personnel were employed during expansion. Each team member brings personal experiences that enable us to work effectively together and provide appropriate support and advice where needed.
