Welcome to Twinkle Twinkle Day Nursery, a place where you child can shine. When it comes to choosing childcare it can be a very difficult time making sure you have found the best place for your child. Here at Twinkle Twinkle Day Nursery we provide good quality childcare in a homely environment. Our team of staff are exceptional in ensuring children benefit from a truly unique experience.

Pre-school

Shooting Stars

The Shooting Stars room accommodates children aged 2-5 years and is located downstairs. Little Stars and Shooting Stars share the front outside area; older children use the garden to free flow when the babies are not using it, ensuring all areas of interest are addressed throughout the day.

The Shooting Stars area includes several designated spaces: a book corner, small world area, role play, construction, musical area, and mark making. Additionally, there is a messy play area for activities such as sand, water, and painting.

There is a separate dining room where children have access to water and fruit throughout the day. The Shooting Stars room is managed by qualified nursery practitioners working on a staff-to-child ratio of 1:4/1:5 for 2-3-year-olds and 1:8 for 3-5-year-olds.

Getting out and about

We love going on adventures!

We have our very own minibus that we use during the day to take the children on lovely trips out, we have been to the sea life centre at Scarborough, monk park farm, Grand Opera House in York and moorlands nature reserve is a firm favourite at the minute.

We also enjoy exploring our lovely town, when we walk into Easingwold to visit the library, the local Friday market to look at all the stalls and buy fruit or vegetables and we go exploring the woods at Millfield.
